Salmón al Horno con Limón y Hierbas (testosterone booster)
Baked salmon with Lemon and Herbs (increase testosterone) Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets 2 lemons, cut into thin slices 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill Salt and pepper to taste Additional lemon slices for garnish (optional) Instructions: Preheat the oven to 190°C. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin side down.
Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets and then scatter the thyme and fresh dill on top. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over each fillet. Place the thin lemon slices over the salmon and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked and flakes easily with a fork. If desired, garnish with additional lemon wedges before serving.
